Life With Less Sugar Workshop

Reduce sugar in your diet - and your risk for Alzheimer‘s and dementia

Do you want to eat less sugar but have no idea how to avoid the added sugars in most foods or control sugar cravings?

This one-hour Life With Less Sugar Workshop was created for you. You will walk away with an actionable plan for implementing a reduced-sugar diet that can greatly reduce your risk for Alzheimer’s and cut your risk for dementia in half.

Reclaim your relationship with sugar for a healthier life

With practical strategies in hand, you will learn how to spot hidden sugar when shopping at the grocery store and dining out. You will also:

  • Learn the many ways excessive sugar is undermining your health today and over the long-term
  • Understand the connection between high blood sugar and Alzheimer’s disease (brain health experts refer to Alzheimer’s as “Type 3 diabetes”)
  • Discover easy ways to incorporate delicious, low-sugar foods in your diet, including recipes

Plus, you’ll receive two bonus gifts:

  • Comprehensive Life With Less Sugar Guide on selecting lower-sugar foods, including snack options that help prevent afternoon energy “crashes” and less late-night cravings
  • Free access to the BURST online community and chat space

Total cost: Only $27!

“You have been really helpful in helping me to change my eating habits and to get my health back on track. Thank you!” - C.N., Client

Meet your instructor, Regina

For 10 years, I cared for my mother while Alzheimer’s slowly stole her away.

I turned those feelings of sadness and helplessness into new, healthy habits that support brain health. It left me feeling so empowered that I was eager to bring it to others.

As a certified health coach, trained in functional medicine, and Alzheimer’s Association Community Educator, I will provide you with actionable guidance that will turn into long-lasting benefits.

During my 4-year tenure at Noom, I helped thousands of people around the world to create healthy habits through behavior change. I can’t wait to do the same for you.
