There are some things we CAN'T control in life, like our family history or genes. The good news is that there is a lot that we CAN control. The latest research points to the probability that healthy lifestyle habits are your BEST defense against chronic diseases, even dementia, like Alzheimer's disease. 

There are 15 Modifiable Risk Factors that we can focus on, in order to take control of our risk. You'll receive a  handout of the full list that you can keep. We'll dive deeper into what we CAN control. By the end of the class, you could have  a plan on how to take action and begin MANIFESTING your BEST health in 2024!
